The Introduction of the Products
The pulse cloth dust collector , a kind of purifying equipment with a high efficiency, applies to the top of the ash silo of the power plant. It is based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of many products of the same trade at home and abroad. It adopts the advanced ash- removal technique. It is specializedly designed for the ash silo of powdered coal of the coal-fired power plant and for the ash evacuation of the bunker of the powdered goods and materials such as the metallurgical, cement industries and so on. At present, it is the most ideal equipment, which applies to the ash evacuation of the top the warehouse.

Structure, Performance and Characteristics
The air with dust get into the block of the dust collector from the air inlet; tiny powder and dust is blocked on the external wall of the filtering bag as a result of many effects of the filtering bag. The purified gas is discharged through the ventrui tube by the  filtering bag. with the increase of the using time, the adsorbed powder and dust on the surface of the filtering bag increase and the air permeability of the filtering bag weakens,
making  the resistance of the dust collector continuously expand. To assure the internal resistance of the dust collector is controlled in the limited range, the pulse controller makes a signal, to switch on the pulse solenoid valves in order, making the compressed air in the air bag spray to the corresponding ventrui tube from each spraying hole of the spraying tube, which is called the wind for the first time .The compressed air seduces surrounding clean air to spray into the filtering bag at a high speed by the power of spraying generated by the  acceleration of the ventrui tube,making the filtering bag inflate rapidly in an instant,which is called the wind for the second time, which is equal to 4--6 times the volume of the high pressure flow. Because the impact of the reverse pulse air--flow disappear quickly, the filtering bag retracts rapidly again, thus the generated vibration will make the powder adsorbed on the filter surface of the filtering bag come off . The fallen dust will be discharged by the ash evacuation system
